We are located within Absolute Sports Performance on Governor Ct 3 minutes from I 95. Absolute Sports performance specializes in individualized strength and conditioning programming and baseball/softball skill development. Our experienced staff will treat athletes and active individuals of all ages and skill levels. We offer return to sport therapy, blood flow restriction, dry needling, cupping and manual therapy. Our therapists have full access to the strength and conditioning area, as well as batting cages and a turf area.
