James graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science from Towson University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
Relocating to Bel Air from the Annapolis area, James has experience working with middle school through collegiate level athletes, sports medicine, sports performance, and general outpatient orthopedics.
His interests include an eclectic approach to manual therapy, dry needling, return to sport rehabilitation, blood flow restriction (BFR) training, applying strength and conditioning principles in rehabilitation, and rehabilitation of swimmers, runners, jumpers, court, field, and overhead athletes.
